摘 要:渤海油田海洋平台一些由于特殊原因导致海平面以上套管损坏的油气井,仍具备修复利用价值,会选择临时封井并进行套管修复、再造井口,不会选择弃井。现有的临时封井技术一般会采用简易封井帽或RTTS封隔器+风暴阀的方案,但存在密封效果较差、座封不完全、不能实现压井作业等问题,存在较大井控风险。文章论述了一种新型临时封井压井一体化工艺技术,采用压井浮鞋+封井器的方案,同时实现封井、压井及测压需求,座封可靠,密封效果好。该技术在渤海油田成功应用20余井次,有效降低了施工风险。Some oil and gas wells with damaged casing above sea level due to special reasons on the offshore platform of Bohai oilfield still have the value of repair and utilization.They will choose to temporarily seal the well,repair the casing and rebuild the wellhead,and will not choose to abandon the well.The existing temporary well sealing technology generally adopts the scheme of simple well sealing cap or RTTS packer+storm valve,but there are problems such as poor sealing effect,incomplete sealing,and inability to achieve well killing operations,and there is a greater risk of well control.This paper discusses a new integrated technology of temporary well sealing and killing,which adopts the scheme of killing floating shoes+well sealing device,and realizes the requirements of well sealing,well killing and pressure measurement at the same time,with reliable seat sealing and good sealing effect.The technology has been successfully applied in more than 20 wells in Bohai oilfield,effectively reducing construction risks.
