摘　　要：大型LNG模块是以高压管线为主体的液化天然气生产处理模块,操作压力密性试验是模块建造和调试阶段的重要里程碑。文章通过对前期准备工作、加压设备的选择、现场准备工作,后续工作改进建议和注意事项、安全管理及风险管控等,对操作压力密性试验全过程进行了分析。Large LNG modules are the LNG production and processing modules with high pressure pipeline as the main body.The operating pressure leak test is an important milestone in the module construction and commissioning stage.This paper introduces and analyzes the whole process of operating pressure leak test through the preliminary preparation work,the selection of pressure equipment,the site preparation work,the subsequent improvement suggestions and precautions,safety management and risk control,etc.
