摘　　要：自控仪表是现代石油化工企业的重要设备,自控仪表自动化程度高低决定着石油化工企业现代化水平的高低。石油化工生产装置中安装了大量的自控仪表,自控仪表可靠地运行,对石油化工生产装置的安全运行和生产效率的提高发挥着重要的作用。因此,规范合理地安装与调试仪表,才能保障仪表工程的安装质量。文章对自控仪表在石油化工工程安装过程中的技术要求及安装调试方法进行了分析与探讨。Automatic control instrument is an important feature of modern petrochemical enterprises.The level of automatic control instrument determines the modernization level of petrochemical enterprises.many automatic control instruments are installed in petrochemical production device.The reliable operation of automatic control instruments plays an important role in the safe operation of petrochemical production device and the enhancing production efficiency.So,to ensure the installation quality of instrument engineering can be guaranteed only through standardized and reasonable installation and commissioning of instruments.This paper analyzes and discusses the technical requirements and installation debugging methods of automatic control instruments in the installation process of petrochemical projects.
