摘 要:为了分析国内辐射废锅气化技术对煤种的适应性,文章针对国内6种主要的辐射废锅煤气化技术,归纳总结了气化炉的结构特征及其对煤种适应性的影响,分析结果表明:煤种适应性的主要影响因素有进料方式、气化室和辐射废锅结构,采用粉煤进料方式比水煤浆具有更广的煤种适应性,气化室采用水冷壁结构能够适应高灰熔点煤的气化,辐射废锅的结构主要影响对煤种灰分、灰熔点、黏温特性的要求,采用单层水冷壁比双层水冷壁对煤种的适应范围更广。优化辐射废锅气化炉的炉体结构和通过配煤提高原料特性,对保障辐射废锅气化技术的长周期稳定运行具有重要意义。In order to analyze the adaptability of gasification technology with radiation waste heat boiler process for coal,this paper summarizes the effect of the structural characteristics of gasifiers on its coal adaptability,based on six kinds of major gasification technologies.The analysis results show that the main factors affecting the adaptability of coal are the feeding mode,gasification chamber and radiation waste heat boiler structure.The gasifiers used pulverized coal feeding mode has a wider adaptability for coal than that used coal water slurry feeding mode.The gasification chamber with water-cooled wall can adapt to the gasification of coal with high ash melting point.The structure of the radiation waste heat boiler mainly affects the requirements for the ash content,ash melting point and viscosity temperature characteristics of the coal.The radiation waste heat boiler with single-layer water-cooled wall has a wider scope of adaptation for coal than that with the double-layer water-cooled wall.Optimizing the structure of the radiation waste heat boiler gasifier and improving the characteristics of feed coal through coal blending have great significance for ensuring the long-term stable operation of the radiation waste heat boiler gasification technology.
