摘　　要：文章提出一种黑色活性染料制备方法,主要适用于棉、麻、再生纤维或它们纺织物的印染,或者聚酰胺纤维、纤维素纤维、蛋白质纤维或它们的纺织物的印染,特别适用于纤维素或蛋白质纤维的染色。完成制备后对其进行应用试验分析,发现这一染料具有优异的上染率、提升力、染色浴比调整和低碱染色重现性,使织物具有良好的手感,特别是耐摩擦色牢度明显提高。This study proposes a preparation method of black reactive dye,which is mainly suitable for cotton,hemp,recycled fiber or their textile printing and dyeing,or polyamide fiber,cellulose fiber,protein fiber or their textile printing and dyeing,especially suitable for the dyeing of cellulose or protein fiber.After completing the preparation,the application test was analyzed,and it was found that this dye has excellent upper dyeing rate,lifting force,dyeing bath ratio adjustment and low alkali staining reproducibility,so that the fabric has a good hand feel,especially the color fastness to friction is significantly improved.
