山西省戏曲表演专业学生运动损伤研究--以山西艺术职业学院为例

摘　　要：由于戏曲表演艺术形式的特殊性,戏曲表演专业学生在戏曲学习、训练、演出的过程中经常发生运动损伤,这种损伤不但会长期困扰和影响学生的学习和训练,导致正常的演出和戏曲的推广受阻,而且更严重威胁着学生身心健康发展和戏曲表演职业寿命。该文主要采用文献资料法等方法,对戏曲表演专业学生因训练表演产生的身体损伤情况、损伤产生的主要原因、损伤后对后续的影响等方面进行细致分析,总结归纳和探讨相关的因素,希望能进一步找出戏曲表演专业学生运动损伤的发病规律,寻找切实可行的预防办法和治疗措施。Due to the peculiarity of the art form of Chinese Opera performance,students of Chinese Opera performance major often have sports injury during the training,learning and performance of Chinese Opera.This kind of injury not only troubles and affects students'learning and training for a long time,leading to the blocking of the normal performance and promotion of Chinese Opera,but also seriously threatens students'development of physical and mental health and the career life of Chinese Opera performance.This article mainly uses the literature method and other methods to analyze in detail physical injures caused by training and performances,the main reasons of injuries,and the effect of injuries on successors of Chinese Opera performance major students,and summarizes and discusses the relevant factors,hoping to further find out the incidence of sports injuries and look for practical prevention methods and treatment measures.
