摘 要:目的:了解整合性神经肌肉训练对CUBA高校篮球运动员身体素质的影响。方法:采用实验文献资料法、数据分析法以及实验测试法,对实验组与对照组分别进行12周的整合性神经肌肉训练与常规性训练,对训练后结果进行对比分析。结果:实验组12周整合性神经肌肉训练后,各项成绩均有显著性的提升(P<0.05);将实验组与对照组训练后的成绩进行对比分析后,实验组与对照组的最大卧推测试与最大深蹲测试均没有显著性的提升(P>0.05),立定跳远、纵跳摸高、30m跑以及伊利诺斯跑经过12周训练后实验组与对照组具有显著性差异。结论:整合性神经肌肉训练可以有效提高CUBA高校篮球运动员的身体素质,与常规性的训练相对比,基础力量提升并不明显,但整合性神经肌肉训练为运动员建立的正确的动作模式,改善了左右两侧下肢力量的不对称性,降低了运动员的损伤风险。Objective:To understand the effect of integrated neuromuscular training on physical fitness of college basketball players in CUBA.Methods:The experimental literature method,data analysis method and experimental testing method were used to conduct 12 weeks of integrated neuromuscular training and routine training for the experimental group and the control group respectively.The results after training were compared and analyzed.Results After 12 weeks of integrated neuromuscular training,the scores of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).After comparing and analyzing the results of the experimental group and the control group after training,there were no significant improvement in the maximum bench press test and the maximum squat test between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),and after 12 weeks of training,there were significant differences in standing long jump,vertical jump,30 m run and Illinois run between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:Integrated neuromuscular training can effectively improve the physical quality of CUBA college basketball players.Compared with routine training,the improvement of basic strength is not obvious,but the integrated neuromuscular training establishes the correct action mode for athletes,improves the asymmetry of the strength of the left and right lower limbs,and reduces the risk of injury of athletes.
