摘 要:在进行间歇训练后,田径运动员需要采取适当恢复手段进行调节,当前田径运动员间歇训练运动恢复分为积极性恢复和消极性恢复,这两种方式都有着较好的应用效果。为了进一步证实积极和消极性恢复的效果,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,对积极性恢复和消极性恢复对田径运动员间歇训练效果的影响进行分析,旨在了解积极性恢复和消极性恢复的优势和弊端,在保证间歇训练效果下促使田径运动员各方面机体能力得到充分恢复,通过发挥积极性恢复和消极性恢复的作用,保障田径运动员间歇训练效果和运动恢复效果。After interval training,track and field athletes need to take appropriate recovery measures to adjust.At present,the sports recovery of interval training of track and field athletes is divided into positive recovery and negative recovery,and these two methods have good application effects.To further confirm the effect of positive recovery and negative recovery,the paper adopts the literature method and other research methods to analyze the influence of positive recovery and negative recovery on the effect of interval training of track and field athletes,aiming to understand advantages and disadvantages of positive recovery and negative recovery,promote all aspects of physical abilities of track and field athletes to be fully restored under the condition of ensuring the effect of interval training,and guarantee the effect of interval training and sports recovery of track and field athletes by playing the role of positive recovery and negative recovery.
