全民健身场馆服务居民满意度的影响因素分析

摘　　要：全民健身场馆一直是居民日常锻炼的重要场所,但居民日益多元化、多样化的体育需求与全民健身场馆不平衡、不充分发展之间的矛盾却呈现出与日俱增的状态。因此,该文对江苏省徐州市、扬州市、苏州市3个城市的社区居民展开问卷调查,并提出科学合理的促进全民健身场馆高质量发展的优化路径。研究发现,影响全民健身场馆服务居民满意度的主要因素为全民健身场馆的服务供给量、服务需求量、服务期望值和居民参与度。具体表现:全民健身场馆服务供给量对满意度具有直接效应,且服务供给量对居民满意度有显著的正向影响;全民健身场馆服务需求量与居民满意度之间呈显著的负向相关关系;健身场馆服务期望值与居民满意度呈正向相关关系;全民健身场馆居民参与度与居民满意度之间也呈正向相关关系。The national fitness venue has always been an important place for residents to exercise daily,but the contradiction between the increasingly diversified sports needs of residents and the imbalanced and insufficient development of national fitness venues is growing rapidly.Therefore,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the community residents in three cities of Xuzhou,Yangzhou and Suzhou in Jiangsu Province,and proposes a scientific and reasonable optimization path to promote the high-quality development of national fitness venues.It is found that the main factors affecting residents'satisfaction with national fitness venues are the service supply,service demand,service expectation and residents'participation of national fitness venues.Specifically,the service supply of national fitness venues has a direct effect on satisfaction and the service supply has a significant positive impact on residents'satisfaction,there is a significant negative correlation between the service demand of national fitness venues and residents'satisfaction,there is a positive correlation between the service expectation of national fitness venues and residents'satisfaction,and there is also a positive correlation between the residents'participation of national fitness venues and residents'satisfaction.
