聊城市莘县第一中学课余体育活动开展情况调查研究

摘　　要：课余体育是学校体育的重要内容,它与学校体育课一起构成学校体育的主体。课余体育包括校内课余体育和校外课余体育两大部分,其中校内课余体育对学生提高身体素质和健康水平,以及养成良好的体育习惯和终身体育意识具有十分重要的作用,对学校体育目标的实现也具有十分重要的意义。课余体育是指学生利用课余时间进行的各种形体练习,以锻炼身体、增强体质、活跃身心、提高运动技术水平、丰富业余文化生活为目的的体育教育活动。该文以聊城市莘县第一中学为调查对象,利用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对聊城市莘县一中的课余体育活动开展情况进行调查,以期推动学校课余体育的发展。此外,莘县第一中学与当地其他中学体育发展情况相似,课余体育活动开展的不足之处存在许多相似之处,可为其他中学提供参考,促进中学课余体育的发展。After-school sports is an important part of school physical education,which together with school PE classes constitute the main body of school physical education.After-school sports includes after-school sports inside schools and after-school sports outside schools,between which,after-school sports inside schools plays an very important role in enhancing students'physical quality and health level,and developing good sports habits and lifelong awareness of sports,and is also of great significance to the realization of school sports goals.After-school sports refers to various physical exercises carried out by students in their spare time,and are physical education activities aimed at exercising the body,strengthening physical fitness,activating the body and mind,improving the level of sports skills and enriching the amateur cultural life.This article takes Xinxian No.1 High School in Liaocheng as the investigation object,uses the literature method,interview method,logical analysis method,questionnaire method and other methods to investigate the development of after-school sports in Xinxian No.1 High School in Liaocheng,to promotes the development of after-school sports in schools.In addition,the development of sports in Xinxian No.1 High School is similar to that of other local high schools,and there are many similarities in the shortcomings of the development of after-school sports activities,which can provide reference for other high schools and promote the development of after-school sports in high schools.
