摘  要:随着经济与社会的发展,人们的生活方式发生了明显变化,而大学生也在一定程度上受到了影响,尤其是男性大学生,在本该积极锻炼身体的年纪却总是将自己关在寝室中上网、打游戏、追剧,用于身体运动锻炼的时间越来越少,体质健康问题日益突出。故此,该文结合相关实验,对高强度间歇训练对普通男性大学生体质健康的影响展开相关研究。With the development of economy and society,people's lifestyle has changed significantly,and college students have also been affected to a certain extent,especially male college students,who always lock themselves in their dorms to surf the Internet,play games and binge-watch at an age when they are supposed to be active in physical exercise,spend less and less time on physical exercise,and their physical health problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper conducts relevant research on the influence of high-intensity interval training on physical health of ordinary male college students in combination with experiments.
