武汉市公益性社会体育指导员开展体育指导活动的现状研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,调查武汉市公益性社会体育指导员开展指导活动的现状。结果显示:武汉市公益性社会体育指导员总数已达到地方文件基本要求,但队伍结构失衡,高级别、高学历、男性与年轻的指导员数量较少;体育指导员主要在城市社区中的公共性免费体育场所通过自我组织、地方体育运动协会组织和街道相关部门组织的形式开展体育指导活动,指导对象以中老年人为主,指导的项目以操舞类、球类、传统体育类为主,指导频率为平均每周1~2次;体育指导员管理部门缺乏对体育指导员的组织和管理,激励制度不完善。对此提出建议:优化社会体育指导员队伍结构,增加农村地区社会体育指导员资源配置,通过社区管理部门组织体育指导员在社区开展体育指导活动,并对其进行管理。The questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods are used to investigate the current situation of nonprofit social sports instructors carrying out guidance activities in Wuhan.The results show that the total number of nonprofit social sports instructors in Wuhan has reached the basic requirements of local documents,but the structure of the team is unbalanced,with a small number of high-level,highly educated,male and young instructors,that sports instructors mainly carry out sports guidance activities in public free sports venues in urban communities in the form of being organized by themselves,local sports association and neighborhood related departments,the guidance objects are mainly middle-aged and elderly people,and the guidance events are mainly gymnastics and dance,ball and traditional sports,with an average guidance frequency of 1-2 times a week,and that the management department of sports instructors lacks the organization and management for sports instructors,and the incentive system is not perfect.Suggestions:Optimize the structure of social sports instructor teams,increase the allocation of social sports instructor resources in rural areas,and organize sports instructors to carry out sports guidance activities in the community through community management departments and manage them.
