“健康中国”背景下湖北省高校学生体育健康意识及行为分析研究

摘　　要：党的二十大报告中明确指出,推进健康中国建设,应把保障人民健康放在优先发展的战略位置。在健康中国背景下,为了科学分析湖北省高校学生的体育健康意识及体育健康行为,该文运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等对湖北省高校学生的体育健康意识及行为进行调查。调查结果显示,湖北省高校学生的体育健康意识整体较好,对体育的喜欢程度较高;健康行为中,运动的次数整体不多,持续的时间较短。基于此分析结果,提出提高高校学生体育健康意识与改善体育健康行为的建议。In the report of the 20th National Congress,it was clearly pointed out that to promote the construction of a healthy China,we should give strategic priority in development to the protection of people's health.Under the background of"Healthy China",in order to scientifically analyze physical health awareness and physical health behavior of college students in Hubei province,the method of questionnaire survey,literature collection and mathematical statistics are used to investigate the physical health awareness and behavior of college students in Hubei Province.The survey results show that college students in Hubei Province have better overall awareness of physical health and have a high degree of liking for sports,and that among healthy behaviors,the number of exercise is generally small and the duration is short.Based on the analysis result,suggestions are puts forward to improve college students'physical health awareness and behavior.
