摘　　要：公安院校学生在未来是社会维稳的重要成员,学生体质健康关系到社会的建设发展与民族的兴衰。因此,公安院校应关注学生的体质健康情况,在学生体质健康水平提升方面作出合理安排,利用各类资源提升学生的体质健康水平。在学校积极开展健康教育时,应发挥体育教育活动在学生体质提升方面的作用,同时还需要研究学生体质健康水平下滑的因素,找到问题的根源,给出针对性的管控方法。该文在健康中国的大背景下,聚焦公安院校学生体质健康方面的内容,研究干预公安院校青年学生体质健康的因素,从学校层面出发,给出解决学生体质健康问题的方法,希望对公安院校在学生体质健康状态改善方面的工作有所启示,以提高公安院校在校学生体质健康的整体水平。The students from public security colleges are important members of social stability in the future,and students'physical health is related to the construction and development of society and the rise and fall of the nation.Therefore,public security colleges should pay attention to students'physical health,make reasonable arrangements to improve the physical health level of students,and use various resources to improve the physical health level of students.When colleges actively carry out health education,they should give play to the role of physical education activities in improving students'physique,and they also need to study the intervention factors for the decline of the physical health level of students,find the root of the problem and provide targeted management and control methods.In the context of Healthy China,this paper focuses on the content of students'physical health in public security colleges,studies the factors that interfere with young students'physical health in public security colleges,and gives solutions for the decline of students'physical health from the school level,hoping to give some inspiration to the work of improving students'physical health in public security colleges,so as to improve the overall level of students'physical health in public security colleges.
