摘　　要：热喷稀土合金复合涂层钢筋是一种新型的涂层钢筋,具有更好的粘结强度及耐腐蚀性能。本文结合东津黄河大桥19#主塔地系梁热喷稀土合金复合涂层钢筋施工,介绍了热喷稀土合金复合涂层钢筋的工作原理,生产加工、安装绑扎工艺及施工过程质量控制标准,对于类似腐蚀性环境下钢筋混凝土结构施工有较高的借鉴价值。Hot sprayed rare earth alloy composite coated steel bars are a new type of coated steel bars with better bonding strength and corrosion resistance.This article combines the construction of thermal sprayed rare earth alloy composite coated steel bars for the ground beam of the 19#main tower of the Dongjin Yellow River Bridge,and introduces the working principle,production processing,installation and binding technology,and quality control standards for the construction process of thermal sprayed rare earth alloy composite coated steel bars.It has high reference value for the construction of reinforced concrete structures in similar corrosive environments.
