摘　　要：孟加拉BRAC大学新校区教学大楼ROOF层设计有钢结构防雨棚,因防雨棚处两根立柱于TC2塔吊洞口处,塔吊洞口未能及时封堵,故采用“屋面制作钢桁架、利用桁架做支撑”的施工工艺,在塔吊洞口未封堵的情况下,优先完成防雨棚的安装。避免了自动扶梯被雨水侵蚀,同时加快了结构内TC3塔吊的拆除。经过具体方案的实施,采用逆向做法完成防雨棚的安装,未影响塔吊的拆除,节约了工期,为室内装修的正常进行提供了便利条件。The new campus of BRAC university in Bangladesh has a unique design that a steel structure canopy shall be built on the top floor.However,due to the two columns in the tower crane(TC2)was remaining on the roof,a construction hole at the area was left and effecting the finishing work.To solve this issue,the technique method of"making steel truss to be the support"was used,which completes the installation of the canopy in priority,prevents the escalator from being eroded by rain and speeds up the demolition of TC3 tower cranes in the structure without blocking the hole in tower crane first.After the implementation of the specific scheme,the installation of the canopy by the reverse method,not only did not affect the removal of the cranes,but also shrunk the construction period for the closure of the opening of the TC3 tower crane to provide convenient conditions for the normal operation of the interior decoration.
