摘 要:为了在桥梁加固工程中充分利用CFRP的性能,可以通过在粘贴CFRP后,在表面增加压条进行锚固,约束CFRP的剥离,充分发挥CFRP的高强抗拉性能进一步增强加固梁体的极限承载力。为研究实际加固效果,通过制作钢筋混凝土梁粘贴CFRP加固,①不加端部压条;②分3种方式对CFRP的端部及中间部位加压条锚固;③对方式2中的压条再种植螺栓进行锚固,测试以上7种不同锚固方式下的梁体极限承载力以及CFRP在这种荷载下的强度,分析以上各种锚固方式的优劣。通过对比研究测试,CFRP在加固混凝土梁体时,增加压条比不加压条能使混凝土梁体的极限承载力提高约33%~55%;CFRP的性能发挥提高12.35%~21.37%;附加螺栓的锚固方式只能略微增强CFRP的利用效果,对混凝土结构极限承载力的影响并不明显。在实际应用中,端部和跨中增加压条的锚固方式是比较经济有效的。In order to completely make use of the CFRP in the bridge strengthening projects,after bonding CFRP,the surface can be anchorage by anchorage bands,to refine the spalling,completely make use of the high tensile strength of CFRP and further enhance the strengthening beam ultimate capacity.In order to study the actual reinforce performance,by strengthening reinforce concrete beam by CFRP,perform tests as:①not providing end anchorage band;②Providing anchorage band in the middle and ends of CFRP in 3 different ways;③Planting bolts to the bands as said in 2 for further anchorage,to test ultimate beam capacity in such 7 different anchorage ways and the CFRP strength under such loads,to analysis the advantages and shortages of such different anchorage ways.By testing,it is proved that when strengthening RC beams with CFRP,providing anchorage bands can enhance the ultimate beam capacity for about 33%~55%than not providing;and can enhance the CFRP performance for about 12.35%~21.37%;additional anchorage bolts can only slightly enhance the CFRP performance,cannot obviously affect the ultimate beam capacity.In actual practices,the anchorage way of providing anchorage band in the middle and the end of CFRP is more efficient.
