摘  要:为从宏细观角度研究不同种类钻井液与黏土地层重塑样作用前后力学特性的演化机理,对与重塑样作用后的钻井液进行阳离子测试,通过阳离子交换容量测试确定试验后钻井液中的阳离子交换容量,并使用Correl函数对钻井液的阳离子相关参数及重塑样的孔隙参数和力学参数进行了相关性分析。结果表明:在水基钻井液中,重塑样的孔隙率与钻井液的阳离子交换容量及溶液中游离的阳离子浓度的相关系数均趋近于-1,即阳离子交换容量及溶液中游离的阳离子浓度越大,试验后重塑样的孔隙率越小,力学性质越好。核磁共振扫描图像结果表明:3号水基固相钻井液对重塑样水化膨胀的抑制与孔隙封堵作用最好,重塑样的力学性能最佳。After remodeling the sample,the drilling fluid was tested to determine the cations.The cation exchange capacity test determined the drilling fluid content after the experiment to study the evolution mechanism of the mechanical properties of drilling fluids before and after remodeling the clay formation samples from a macro and mesoscopic perspective.The correl function is used to analyze the correlation between the cation-related parameters of the drilling fluid and the pore and mechanical parameters of the remodeled sample.The results of waterbased drilling fluid show that the correlation coefficient between the porosity of the remodeled sample and the cation exchange capacity of the drilling fluid and the free cation concentration in the solution is close to-1.That indicates that the cation exchange capacity and the free cation concentration in the solution are negatively correlated.After the experiment,the porosity of the reshaped sample decreased with increasing concentration,and the mechanical characteristics improved.The MRI scanning images show that:No.3 water-based solid-phase drilling fluid has the best effect on the inhibition of hydration expansion and pore sealing of the remodeled sample,and the mechanical properties of the remodeled sample are more optimum.
