摘 要:本文研究了镍基合金Inconel718在三种不同的锻造变形方式下和一种喷射成形方式下的δ相析出和溶解行为。其中喷射成形的样品和一种锻造变形方式成型的样品8相析出行为是在700℃-1000℃等温时效100h之后研究的。δ相是以非均匀分布的细小板条状形貌析出的,因此本文引人了一种新的测量这种析出形貌体积分数的方法。在800℃及以上温度测量了析出δ相的体积分数和板条状析出物的厚度分布。在大约900℃析出的速率最高,而Nb的含量为5.06和5.41wt.%时,8相的回溶温度分别在1005℃和1015℃。通过四种样品经过等时热处理后8相回溶情况的研究,确定了回溶温度的范围。δ相及其回溶对合金中晶粒生产的作用也得到了确定。The precipitation and dissolution kinetics of the 8-phase were studied in three wrought versions and one spray-formed(SF)version of the nickel alloy,Inconel 718.The precipitation in the spray-formed version and one wrought version was followed during isothermal ageing for up to 100h between 700 and 1000℃.The y-phase precipitates in the form of nonuniformly distributed thin platelets and an alternative method of measuring volume fraction of this precipitate morphology is proposed.At and above 800℃,the precipitation was measured quantitatively in terms of the volume fraction and platelet thickness distribution.The maximum rate of precipitation occurred at approximately 900℃.The solvus temperature lay between 1005 and 1015℃ for Nb contents of 5.06 and 5.41 wt.%,respectively.A study was made of the dissolution of the y-phase in all four alloys using isochronal treatments and this confirmed the above solvus temperature range.The effect of y-phase and its dissolution on the grain growth of the alloys was also determined.
