摘　　要：港口皮带式输送机的故障容易带来多种隐患,造成安全事故。在港口生产的过程中,需要及时对输送机进行维保,才能提高输送机的工作效率。通过对港口皮带机式输送机的结构进行分析,探究港口皮带式输送机在日常工作过程中常见的故障问题与原因,针对港口皮带式输送机运行电气故障、机械故障等,提出常见故障处理与策略。The failure of the port belt conveyor is easy to bring a variety of hidden dangers,resulting in safety ac‐cidents.In the process of port production,it is necessary to timely maintenance of the conveyor to improve the working efficiency of the conveyor.Through the analysis of the structure of the port belt conveyor,this paper probes into the common failure problems and causes of the port belt conveyor in the daily work process,and puts forward the common failure treatment and strategies for the electrical failure and mechanical failure of the port belt conveyor.
