摘 要:电厂热控保护装置的正常运行可以使生产过程更加稳定和安全。当其在正常运行时,可以对关键设备、受损设备进行保护,从而避免问题的进一步严重;同时,电厂热控保护装置的工作环境较为恶劣,需要通过定期的检修与维护,确保热控保护装置的正常运行。因此,需要充分了解该装置最常见的故障,并在此基础上对热控保护装置进行有效的维修和完善,从而提升其工作稳定性,使电厂生产得到有效的保障。本文主要针对常见故障展开研究,提出对应的检修与维护措施。The normal operation of the power plant thermal control and protection device can make the production process more stable and safe.In normal operation,it can protect the key equipment and damaged equipment,so as to avoid more serious problems.At the same time,the working environment of the thermal control and protection device in the power plant is relatively bad,which requires regular overhaul and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the thermal control protection device.Therefore,it is necessary to fully understand the most common faults of the device,and on this basis,effectively repair and improve the thermal control protection device,so as to improve its working stability and effectively guarantee the production of the power plant.This paper mainly studies the common faults,and puts forward corresponding repair and maintenance measures.
