摘 要:我国煤炭资源丰富,因主产区与主消费区地域分布不均,整体呈“自北向南,由西向东”的运输格局,火车装车作为煤炭外运的起始工艺一直备受关注。现有火车装车系统多采用快速定量坪结合机车牵引的方式,煤流依次经由产品仓、给煤机、皮带、缓冲仓、定量仓后,再通过溜槽进入车厢完成装车过程,配煤量是该流程中影响装车质量与效率的重要因素之一。目前,配煤作业主要依靠人工经验控制,缺乏科学计算和跟踪式数据反馈,常出现配煤量不稳定导致配比指标事故的情况,且在流量过高时存在皮带带料过载风险,流量低时会造成与车速不匹配被迫停车等,损失装车效率。针对这些问题,本文展开了火车装车配煤量稳定控制方法的研究。China is rich in coal resources.Due to the uneven geographical distribution of main producing areas and main consumption areas,the overall transportation pattern is"from north to south,from west to east".As the initial process of coal outward transportation,train loading has been always concerned.The existing train loading system mostly adopts the way of fast ration leveling combined with locomotive traction.The coal flow successively passes through the product bin,coal feeder,belt,buffer bin and quantitative bin,and then enters the carriage through the chute to complete the loading process.The coal blending volume is one of the important factors affecting the load‐ing quality and efficiency in this process.At present,coal blending operation mainly depends on manual experience control,lack of scientific calculation and tracking data feedback,and there are often accidents caused by unstable coal blending quantity.In addition,when the flow is too high,there is a risk of belt overload.When the flow is low,it will cause mismatch with the speed,forced parking and other coal,and lose the loading efficiency.In view of these problems,the author carried out the research on the stable control method of train loading coal blending.
