摘  要:搅拌的操作过程是化工、医药、建筑等行业中常见的操作过程,可以从根本上提高作业质量,保证作业效率,但同时作为作业中的一项重要机械设备,机械搅拌设备自身的质量问题就有着至关重要的作用。随着日常生产作业中的不断使用,使得机械搅拌设备或多或少都会存在一定的损耗现象,导致机械搅拌设备产生一些常见问题,而机械搅拌设备的故障问题不仅会影响到机械搅拌设备自身的使用,更会在实际的生产作业中造成一定的安全危险,影响整体生产作业的安全性。所以,需要针对机械搅拌设备的故障问题进行深度分析,并因此重视制定有效的处理措施及预防措施,实现从根本上降低机械搅拌设备故障问题的影响,保障生产作业的正常进行。本文主要围绕机械搅拌设备故障分析及处理方法展开相关阐述。The operation process of mixing is a common operation process in the chemical,pharmaceutical,con‐struction and other industries.It can fundamentally improve operation quality and ensure operation efficiency,but at the same time,as an important mechanical equipment in the operation,the quality problems of mechanical mixing equipment itself play a crucial role.With the continuous use of daily production operations,the mechanical mixing equipment will be more or less worn,leading to some common problems of the mechanical mixing equipment.The failure of the mechanical mixing equipment will not only affect the use of the mechanical mixing equipment itself,but also cause certain safety hazards in the actual production operations,affecting the safety of the overall production operations.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis on the failure of mechanical mixing equipment,and pay attention to formulating effective treatment measures and preventive measures.To fundamentally reduce the impact of mechanical mixing equipment failures and ensure the normal operation of production,this paper focuses on mechanical mixing equipment failure analysis and treatment methods.
