摘　　要：人工智能时代的到来正引领着新的技术革命。本文以国内10所“双一流”高校及国外高校图书馆人工智能应用及服务方式为案例,阐释了人工智能与智慧图书馆在文献资源分类与应用、智能信息咨询服务、智能资源的建设、智能感知技术4个方面的基本内容,发现人工智能与新型数字图书馆建设在专项研发资金投入、专业人才的支持和大数据的采集、使用方面面临的挑战,提出在资金方面应加大投入,以计算机专业人才培育作为保障,利用人工智能挖掘技术,通过大数据、云计算来实现图书馆信息资源采集,以此为高校智慧化发展提供政策参考。The advent of artificial intelligence era is leading a new technological revolution.This paper takes the application and service mode of artificial intelligence in 10"double first-class"universities in China and foreign university libraries as cases to explain the basic contents of artificial intelligence and intelligent library in the classifi‐cation and application of document resources,intelligent information consulting service,construction of intelligent resources and intelligent perception technology.It is found that the challenges faced by AI and new digital library construction in the investment of special R&D funds,the support of professionals,and the collection and use of big data.It is proposed that more investment should be made in terms of funds,with the cultivation of computer pro‐fessionals as the guarantee,and the use of artificial intelligence mining technology to achieve the collection of library information resources through big data and cloud computing,so as to provide policy reference for the intelligent development of colleges and universities.
