摘　　要：在住宅小区设计中应用绿色建筑设计理念非常普遍,其密切联系人们的生活。绿色设计理念是促进宜居生态城市建设的基础保障,有助于使人与自然和谐共处的目标实现,因此,有关人员务必注重绿色建筑设计理念的应用,以优化人们的生活环境、改善人们的生活条件。为此,本文首先分析了绿色建筑设计理念的内涵及其在住宅小区设计中的应用意义、应用的必要性,然后分析了住宅小区设计面临的问题及绿色建筑设计理念在住宅小区设计中的应用需要坚持的原则和应用策略,最后分析了绿色建筑设计理念在住宅小区设计中的应用需要注意的问题。The application of green building design concept in the design of residential districts is very common,which is closely related to people's life.The green design concept is the basic guarantee to promote the construction of livable ecological city and helps to achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence between people and nature.Therefore,relevant personnel must pay attention to the application of green building design concept to optimize people's living environment and improve people's living conditions.To this end,this paper first analyzes the connotation of green building design concept and its application significance and necessity in residential district design,then analyzes the problems faced by residential districts design and the principles and application strategies that need to be adhered to in the application of green building design concept in residential community design,and finally analyzes the problems that need attention in the application of green building design concept in residential districts design.
