摘  要:使用蛭石絮凝剂和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(C-PAM)对养猪废水进行一级强化絮凝预处理,考察蛭石絮凝剂的絮凝机理以及与C-PAM的协同效应.研究发现:在一级强化絮凝预处理中,蛭石絮凝剂对养猪废水有很好的絮凝效果;在投加量为8 g/L的条件下,废水的浊度、化学需氧量(COD)和总磷去除率分别达到81.9%、54.4%和93.5%;助凝剂CPAM的投加有助于污染物的去除,在蛭石絮凝剂和C-PAM投加量分别为4 g/L和24 mg/L的条件下,废水浊度、COD和总磷去除率分别达到95.3%、66.1%和85.5%.絮凝机理研究表明:蛭石絮凝剂依赖自身中溶解态物质和颗粒态物质发挥絮凝作用;溶解态物质以电中和为主导,迫使胶体脱稳,在脱稳粒子之间的范德华力和颗粒态物质与脱稳粒子之间的质量力的双重作用下,脱稳后的胶体相互吸附,形成不同大小的絮体,然后在密度大的颗粒态物质作用下快速沉降,所以溶解态物质和颗粒态物质缺一不可.C-PAM与蛭石絮凝剂的协同效应依赖于C-PAM的阳离子基团和长链高分子聚合物的亲油基团,这些基团促进蛭石絮凝剂的絮凝效果,对仍然带有负电荷的胶粒进一步压缩脱稳,同时聚合物亲油基团对絮体和有机污染物进行卷扫、吸附,形成更大的二次聚团,在颗粒物重力的作用下,形成的絮体容易沉降分离.蛭石絮凝剂与C-PAM的一级强化絮凝预处理协同效应的明确为实际养猪废水一级强化絮凝预处理提供了有力的科学依据.Vermiculite flocculant and C-PAM were used for primary enhanced flocculation pretreatment of swine wastewater to investigate the flocculation mechanism of vermiculite flocculant and the synergistic effect with C-PAM.Results showed that vermiculite had a good flocculation effect in the primary enhanced pretreatment of swine wastewater.When the dosage of vermiculite flocculant alone was 8 g/L,the removal efficiencies of the turbidity,COD,and total phosphorus in wastewater reached 81.9%,54.4%,and 93.3%,respectively.The addition of C-PAM could help to remove pollutants.When the dosage of vermiculite flocculant and C-PAM were 4 g/L and 24 mg/L,the turbidity,COD and total phosphorus removal efficiencies in wastewater reached 95.3%,66.1% and 85.5% respectively.Research on flocculation mechanism showed that the flocculation mechanism of vermiculite flocculant depended on the flocculation effect of dissolved and granular substances.The dissolved state material was dominated by electric neutralization,forcing the colloid to destabilize,and under the dual action of van der Waals force between the destabilized particles and the mass force between the granular state material and the destabilized particles,the destabilized colloids adsorbed each other and formed flocs of different sizes,and then settled rapidly under the action of the granular state material with high density,so the dissolved state material and the granular state material were indispensable.The synergistic effect of C-PAM and vermiculite flocculant depended on the cationic groups of C-PAM and the lipophilic groups of long-chain polymers.These groups promoted the flocculation effect of vermiculite flocculant and further compressed and destabilized the still negatively charged colloidal particles,while the polymeric lipophilic groups swept and adsorbed the flocs and organic pollutants,forming larger secondary clusters,and the formed flocs settled and separated easily under the action of gravity of the particulate matter.Therefore,the solution of the synergistic
