摘　　要：施工索赔对工程造价的影响是显而易见的,在管控施工索赔过程中,施工方、项目方需要达成相应的共识,同时积极应对外部环境变化所带来的工程造价变更问题。施工索赔的内容相对较为复杂多样,双方需要严格参照施工合同,对其中存在的因素进行有效分析判断,并且最大限度地减少施工索赔给工程造价所带来的影响。文章就施工索赔对工程造价的影响以及解决方案进行了分析探索。The impact of construction claims on project costs is obvious.In the process of controlling construction claims,the contractor and project owner need to reach a consensus and actively deal with changes in project costs caused by external environmental changes.The content of construction claims is relatively complex and diverse.Both parties need to strictly refer to the construction contract,effectively analyze and judge the existing factors,and minimize the impact of construction claims on project costs.The article analyzes and explores the impact of construction claims on project costs and solutions.
