摘  要:为选育适应于吉林省西部苏打盐碱区种植的水稻新品种,以长白9为对照,在不同盐碱浓度下对10份高世代水稻诱变品系的三个生育时期(萌发期、苗期、成熟期)进行了耐盐碱性评价。结果表明:盐碱胁迫下,10份水稻诱变品系在萌发期、苗期和成熟期的耐盐碱性表现有所差异,相关分析表明在三个生育时期之间无显著相关性;筛选出2份在三个生育时期均具有较强耐盐碱性的水稻诱变品系,以期为水稻耐盐碱育种提供材料和方法。In order to breed new rice varieties suitable for planting in the saline area of soda in western Jilin Province.Taking Changbai-9 as the control,the saline-alkaline tolerance of 10 mutant lines of rice at three growth stages(germination,seedling and adult stage)was evaluated under different saline-alkaline concentration.The results showed that under saline-alkaline stress,the saline-alkalinetolerance of 10 mutant lines of rice differed at germination,seedling and adult stages,and the correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the three growth stages.Two mutant lines of rice with strong saline-alkaline tolerance at three growth stages were screened out in order to provide materials and methods for saline-alkaline-tolerant breeding of rice.
