摘 要:为明确稻曲病聚集度类型及抽样方法,提高调查准确性,于2021年开展了辽宁省8个主栽水稻品种稻曲病聚集度类型及抽样方法研究。结果表明:通过5种聚集度指标、Iwao回归分析和Taylor幂法则验证等方法综合确定,辽宁稻曲病病穗和病粒均属于聚集分布型。病穗是相互吸引的个体群,存在明显的发病中心点;病粒呈现聚集成堆现象,并且聚集强度随着病株密度的增加而升高。聚集原因与气象和环境因素有关。通过对3种不同调查方法进行对比,平行线调查法适合辽宁稻曲病的调查。用Iwao理论抽样模型,计算出不同发病程度情况下所需的最适抽样数,随着病情的增加,所需抽样数递减,并制作稻曲病序贯抽样表用于指导田间防控。In order to clarify the aggregation type and sampling method of rice false smut.The experiments were carried out in 2021.The results were indicated that:it was determined comprehensively by five aggregation indexes,Iwao regression analysis and Taylor law verification,Liaoning province diseased panicles and grains of rice false smut belong to the aggregated type.The diseased panicle was an individual group with attraction,and there was an obvious disease center in field.The diseased grains were aggregated into piles,and the aggregation intensity increased with the increase of diseased plant density.The cause of aggregation was related to meteorological and environmental factors.By comparing three different investigation methods,the parallel line investigation method was suitable for the investigation.The Iwao theoretical sampling model was used to calculate the optimal number of samples required under different disease severity.With the increase of the disease,the number of samples required decreased,and a sequential sampling table was made to guide the field control of rice false smut.
