数字贸易对东北亚区域经济的促进研究

摘　　要：近年来,人类社会不断向智能化时代迈进,人工智能、大数据、云计算、5G等逐渐渗透并影响着人们日常生产生活。一场突发的新冠肺炎疫情加速传统贸易格局转变,数字贸易迎来了快速发展的契机。近两年世界各国数字经济和数字贸易乘风而起,成为助推全球经济复苏的新引擎。东北亚区域数字贸易进入一个新的发展时期,迎来新发展机遇的同时也面临诸多挑战。东北亚各国应积极促进区域数字贸易规则达成共识、完善相关机制提高数据跨境流动自由度、拓宽数字合作领域、以多形式的文化交流增强经济互信以及借助现有平台助推数字贸易发展,逐渐形成东北亚区域特有的数字贸易发展模式并促进东北亚区域经济复苏。In recent years,human society has been moving towards the era of intelligence.The technologies,including artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and 5G have gradually penetrated into people's daily production and life.A sudden outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has changed the traditional trade pattern,and digital trade has ushered in an opportunity for rapid development.In the past two years,the digital economy and digital trade have emerged around the world and become a new engine driving the global economic recovery.The regional digital trade in Northeast Asia has entered a new period of development with both many challenges and new opportunities.The countries in Northeast Asia promote regional digital trade rules to reach consensus,improve the related mechanisms to increase data cross-border flow freedom,broaden the degree of digital cooperation areas,promote economic mutual trust in many forms of cultural exchanges,with the existing platform boost digital trade development.It will gradually form a unique digital trade development pattern in Northeast Asia and promote the economic recovery in this region.
