近期国际货币形势动向对我国国际金融稳健发展的启示

摘　　要：在世界百年未有之大变局中,美国、欧盟、中国、俄罗斯构成“准四极”格局,外加英国、日本、印度这些“潜在的极”,形成左右国际局势走向的七大实体,它们在货币方面均有相应表现。近期,俄乌冲突爆发后,非SDR货币俄罗斯卢布、印度卢比结算令一成一败,背后有着深刻复杂的历史经纬;同时,美元走强,欧元、英镑、日元纷纷贬值,人民币时贬时升,则是SDR货币的最新动态。国际货币形势风云变幻,给我国国际金融发展方向提出了更高要求:一要打开国际金融视野,瞄准战略目标;二要注重货币锚的不可替代性,实施稳健的货币方略;三要深耕国际金融合作,挖掘数字货币等方面的合作潜力。Today,the world is facing the unseen changes in a century,and the United States,the European Union,China and Russia constitute a world pattern“quasi quadrupole”.Adding the“potential poles”of Britain,Japan and India to it,the seven entities control the trend of the international situation and have corresponding performance in terms of currency.Recently,after the outbreak of Russia-Ukraine conflict,the success of the Russian Ruble settlement order and the failure of the Indian Rupee settlement order in the first battle have profound and complex historical background.The strengthening of the US dollar and the devaluation of the euro,the pound and the yen,and the RMB depreciating and rising,are the latest development of SDR currency.The ever-changing international monetary situation has put forward higher requirements for the development direction of China's international finance.First,open the vision of nternational finance and aim at strategic goals;Second,attach great importance to the irreplaceable property of the currency anchor and implement a sound monetary strategy;Third,we should deepen international financial cooperation and tap the potential of cooperation in digital currency.
