摘　　要：环氧铺装体系的桥面坑槽病害普遍,如不及时修补,将影响桥面使用寿命。现对九江二桥桥面铺装坑槽病害进行分析,结合RDF快固型树脂与RB-Chip黏层材料,针对性地提出坑槽修补结构方案,对坑槽修补材料性能、修复工艺及验评标准展开研究讨论。结果表明:RDF快固型树脂坑槽修补技术能够满足九江二桥大交通流下的快速养护、快速开放交通的需求。同时,该结构材料界面黏结性能出色,路用性能优异,工艺简单、施工便捷,具有良好的应用效果,可为同类桥面的养护方案提供参考。Distress such as pit and groove of the bridge deck of the epoxy paving system are commonly seen,and if it is not repaired in time,the service life of the bridge deck can be greatly reduced.The distress of the bridge deck of the Jiujiang Second Bridge is analyzed,and the pit repair structure scheme is proposed in combination with RDF fast setting resin and RB-Chip adhesive layer material.The performance,repair process and evaluation criteria of pit repair materials are studied and discussed.The results show that the RDF fast-setting resin pit repair technology can meet the needs of rapid maintenance and rapid opening of traffic under the large traffic flow of the Second Jiujiang Bridge.At the same time,the structural material has excellent interface bonding performance,excellent road performance,simple process,convenient construction,and good application effect,which can provide reference for the maintenance scheme of similar bridge decks.
