摘  要:针对冷拌树脂材料在钢桥面铺装上的应用需求,自主开发了冷拌环氧树脂材料。采用双层高韧冷拌环氧树脂铺装组合结构“下层30 mm RAC10+上层30 mm RSMA10”,分析冷拌环氧树脂结合料及黏结剂的拉伸性能,并通过马歇尔试验、高低温试验、浸水马歇尔试验与冻融劈裂试验,分析RSMA10与RAC10的路用性能。结果表明:高韧冷拌树脂结合料与黏结剂的拉伸性能优异,RSMA10与RAC10混合料在常温下养护1.5 d即形成强度,60℃动稳定度均高于20000次/mm,-10℃极限抗弯拉应变均高于3800,水稳定性能满足规范要求,能有效满足钢桥面铺装对材料的苛刻要求。According to the application requirements of cold mixed resin materials in steel bridge deck pavement,the cold mixed epoxy resin materials are independently developed.The double-layer High Toughness Cold mixed epoxy resin pavement composite structure"30 mm RAC10+30 mm RSMA10"is adopted to analyze the tensile properties of cold mixed epoxy resin binder and binder,and the road performance of RSMA10 and RAC10 is analyzed through Marshall test,high and low temperature test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw spltting test.The results show that the tensile properties of the high toughness cold mixed resin binder and binder are excellent.The strength of RSMA10 and RAC10 mixture cured at room temperature for 1.5 days is formed,the dynamic stability at 60℃ is higher than 20000 times/mm,and the ultimate bending tensile strain at -10℃ is higher than 3800μe,The water stability performance meets the specifications and can effectively meet the stringent requirements of steel deck pavement for materials.
