摘 要:选取保护性杀菌剂百菌清,研究其对杨树水泡型溃疡病和烂皮病的抑制作用,采用生长速率法和数据统计分析。通过室内抑菌试验结果表明,百菌清600倍稀释液对杨树水泡型溃疡病抑制率达到90%以上,百菌清400倍稀释液对杨树烂皮病的抑制率达到88%以上,证实百菌清对两种杨树病害有较好的抑制效果。期待本研究为百菌清在杨树病害防治中的应用提供理论支持,为杨树病害防治提供科学依据。The protective fungicide chlorothalonil was selected to study its inhibitory effect on poplar canker Botryosphaeria dothidea and Cytospora chrysosperma(Pers.)Fr..The growth rate method and data statistical analysis were used.The results of indoor bacteriostatic test showed that the inhibition rate of chlorothalonil 600 times dilution on Botryosphaeria dothidea reached more than 90%,and the inhibition rate of chlorothalonil 400 times dilution on Cytospora chrysosperma(Pers.)Fr.reached more than 88%,which confirmed that chlorothalonil had a good inhibitory effect on two poplar diseases.It is expected that this study will provide theoretical support and scientific basis for the application of chlorothalonil in poplar disease control.
