摘 要:既往与儿童高雄激素血症相关的疾病主要通过检测传统的雄激素睾酮及雄烯二酮等来进行诊断及评估。但临床应用中发现传统的检查指标与部分患者高雄激素血症的临床表现之间没有很好的相关性。有研究表明,肾上腺衍生的11-氧雄激素也参与该类疾病的病程。11-氧雄激素的浓度在雄激素过多的疾病中会有升高,在人类生理和疾病中起着多种作用。该文就11-氧雄激素的合成过程、活性和含量及其在先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、肾上腺功能早现和多囊卵巢综合征三种雄激素过多的疾病中的应用进行综述,以帮助临床医师拓展对11-雄激素的临床认识和研究思路。Previously the diseases of pediatric hyperandrogenism were mainly diagnosed and evaluated by testing traditional androgens such as testosterone and androstenedione.However,clinical application has revealed a poor correlation between traditional androgens and the clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism in some patients.It has been proposed that adrenal-derived 11-oxygenated androgen may also be involved in the course of this type of disease.The concentrations of 11-oxygenated androgen are elevated in androgen excess diseases,and they fulfill a variety of roles in human physiology and disease.This article discusses three aspects of the synthesis process,activity and content of 11-oxygenated androgen and their application in three androgen excess diseases:congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia,premature adrenarche and polycystic ovary syndrome,in order to help clinicians expand their clinical understanding and investigative thoughts on 11-oxygenated androgen.
