摘　　要：村级档案资源的建设作为社会主义新农村建设的基础性工作,对于乡村振兴战略的最终实现有重要意义。档案部门应聚焦乡村振兴战略,重新认识村级档案资源的价值,审视档案资源体系建设过程中存在的问题,分析制约档案资源建设的因素,并有针对性地提出建议和对策,推动村级档案资源建设健康、个性化发展。As the basic work of the construction of new socialist countryside, the construction of village-level archival resources is of great significance to the final realization of rural vitalization strategy. Archives departments should focus on the strategy of rural vitalization, re-understand the value of village-level archival resources, examine the problems existing in the construction of archival resource system, analyze the factors restricting the construction of archival resources, and put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures to promote the healthy and personalized development of village-level archival resources.
