摘　　要：引入PDCA循环管理模型应用在特藏文献数字化建设中,将制定数字化目标、实施和执行计划、实施结果检查和处理改进等环节组成一种持续的循环往复的质量改进过程,探索图书馆对特藏文献数字化建设的质量管理模式,实现整体质量控制水平的改善和提升。The paper introduces the PDCA cycle management model and applies it in the digitization construction of special literature collections.It connects the links of formulating digitization objectives,implementing and executing plans,conducting results inspection and processing and improving,and forms a continuous cycle of quality improvement process.It helps libraries to explore a quality management model for the digitization construction of special literature collections to achieve the improvement and enhancement of the overall quality control level.
