摘　　要：介绍工程机械用行星架成形工艺,采用高密度EP S模样,涂覆面背数层无机浆料,层间撒砂,经烘干和焙烧,制成高强度、透气性好、内壁洁净、轮廓完整的型壳,经抽负压紧实,在真空状态下浇注,提高金属液充型、凝固及补缩能力,得到内部组织致密、外观光洁的行星架铸件。该工艺通过真空负压物理控制,过程易于控制,满足产品解剖着色探伤要求,质量稳定可靠,成品率高,绿色环保,综合效应显著。The formingprocess of the planetary carrier for construction machinery is introduced.The high-density EPS pattern is used and coated with several layers of inorganic slurry on the back face,with stuccoing between the layers,and then it is dried and baked to make a shell with high strength,good permeability,clean innerwall and completecontour.After vacuum compaction,it is poured under vacuum to improve the filling,solidification and shrinkage filling capacity of molten metal to obtain the planetary carrier castings withdense internal structure and clean appearance.The process is physically controlled byvacuum negative pressure,is easy to control,meets the requirements of dye penetrant inspection of product dissection,has stable and reliable quality and high yield,is environmentally friendly and has significant comprehensive effect.
