磷酸二铵产品外观质量的影响因素及控制措施

摘　　要：针对采用传统法生产64%磷酸二铵产品存在的颗粒均匀度差、结晶感不足、发干、发闷,色差等外观质量问题,结合云南三环中化化肥有限公司磷铵装置生产经验,从原料品质、生产操作、工艺指标等方面进行分析研究。通过优化工艺控制参数和技术革新,2套60万t/a磷铵装置实现连续化、规模化生产,磷酸二铵产品的外观质量得到提高,该技术革新具有良好的应用效果和推广价值。In view of the appearance quality problems of the 64% DAP product produced by the traditional method,such as poor particle uniformity, insufficient crystal sense of particles, dry and stuffy particles, product color difference, etc., combined with the production experience of DAP plant of Yunnan Three Circles-Sinochem Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd., the analysis and research are carried out from the aspects of raw materials, production operation and process indicators. Through optimization of process control parameters and technical innovation,continuous and large-scale production has been realized on two sets of 600 kt/a ammonium phosphate plants. The product appearance quality of diammonium phosphate has been improved, the technological innovation has good application effect and promotion value.
