摘  要:以果叶兼用桑树品种中桑5801号为试材,在田间调查叶果比的基础上,采用^(13)C同位素标记技术,研究桑果转色期不同叶果比对桑叶光合作用、糖代谢、^(13)C同化物分配和果实品质的影响。结果表明:疏叶后10 d桑果处于盛熟期,适度疏叶提高了叶片叶绿素含量、中部叶位叶片的净光合速率(Pn)和蔗糖含量;疏叶后20 d挂果量骤减,叶片叶绿素含量、Pn和蔗糖含量均大幅度下降。^(13)C同化物输出量比率和果实^(13)C含量随叶果比下降先增加后降低,均以T2处理组(叶果比0.6)最大。除了T1组(叶果比0.4),其余处理组的果实综合品质均较好。研究表明,在桑果转色期适度疏叶使得树冠微环境良好,透光透风,能够有效提高光合同化物向果实的转运效率和转运量,保证良好的果实品质。Based on the investigation of leaf-fruit ratio in the field,13c trace technique was used to explore the effect of different leaf-fruit ratio treatment on photosynthesis and sugar metabolism in mulberry leaf,^(13)C-photoassi-milate distribution and fruit quality during veraison of mulberry variety Zhongsang 5801 for fruit and leaf dual usage as test material.The results showed that 10 d after leaf-picking when mulberry fruit was in mature period,the chlorophyll content,P,in the middle part and sugar content in leaf all increased in moderate leaf-picking treatment;while 20 d after leaf-picking when fruit quantity showed a sharp decline,the chlorophyll content,P,and sugar content in leaf all decreased dramatically.The ^(13)C-photoassimilate output rate and ^(13)C content in fruit first increased and then decreased with the decrease of leaffruit ratio,both being the highest in T2(leaf-fruit ratio 0.6)treatment group.All the treatments brought good integrated quality to fruits except T1(leaf-fruit ratio 0.4).The result indicated that the moderate leaf-picking during veraison improved the microenvironment of mulberry tree canopy with more light and air,which can effectively promote the efficiency and quantity of photoassimilate transportation to fruit and ensure good fruit quality.
