摘　　要：目的:评估某精神专科医院院内感染发病率、抗菌药使用率。方法:选取2019—2021年江苏省如皋市精神病防治医院精神科2 560例出院患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其院内感染情况,各年度或不同类别的院内感染发病率、抗菌药使用率。结果:各年度院内感染发病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.081)。各年度抗菌药使用率、送检率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);一联、二联、三联抗菌药使用率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2019年男病区院内感染发病率高于女病区,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);2020年及2021年,男、女病区院内感染发病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:该精神专科医院院内感染发病率低于国家控制标准要求,抗菌药使用率高于国家控制标准要求。Objective:To evaluate the incidence of nosocomial infection and the use rate of antibacterial drugs in a psychiatry special hospital.Methods:From 2019 to 2021,2560 patients discharged from the Department of Psychiatry of Rugao Psychiatric Hospital in Jiangsu Province were selected as study subjects.The nosocomial infections,incidence of nosocomial infections and use rate of antibacterial drugs in different years or different categories were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of nosocomial infection in each year(P=0.081).The use rate of antibacterial drugs and the rate of submission for testing in each year showed significant difference(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the use rate of single,two and three antibacterial drugs(P>0.05).In 2019,the incidence of nosocomial infection in male wards was higher than that in female wards,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).In 2020 and 2021,there was no significant difference in the incidence of nosocomial infection between male wards and female wards(P>0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of nosocomial infection in this psychiatric special hospital is lower than the national control standard,and the use rate of antibacterial drugs is higher than the national control standard.
