摘  要:目的分析探讨创疡再生医疗技术联合微粒皮种植治疗糖尿病患者坏死性筋膜炎的临床效果。方法给予2018年1月至2019年12月北京市丰台区中医医院收治的12例合并有糖尿病的坏死性筋膜炎患者在全身综合治疗的基础上采用创疡再生医疗技术联合微粒皮种植治疗局部创面,观察创面愈合情况。结果12例患者中除1例患者因合并肺部感染死亡,1例患者因合并气性坏疽、脓毒血症、多器官功能衰竭死亡外,其余10例患者创面均完全愈合,愈合时间为(100.33±22.26)d。治疗结束后1年随访,10例患者愈后创面均未复发。结论创疡再生医疗技术联合微粒皮种植能有效促进糖尿病患者坏死性筋膜炎创面愈合,疗效满意。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers(MEBT/MEBO)combined with microskin grafting in the treatment of necrotizing fasciitis in diabetic patients.Methods 12 patients with diabetes and necrotizing fasciitis,admitted into Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019,were treated with MEBT/MEBO and microskin grafting in addition to systemic comprehensive treatments,and the wound healing condition was observed.Results Among the 12 patients,one patient died from pulmonary infection,one died from the comorbidities of gas gangrene,sepsis and multiple organ failure,the rest 10 patients got complete wound healing and the healing time was(100.33±22.26)d.During the follow⁃up one year after treatment,no wound relapse was observed in the 10 patients.Conclusion MEBT/MEBO combined with microskin grafting can effectively promote the wound healing of necrotizing fasciitis in diabetic patients and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.
