益气活络生肌汤联合银离子藻酸盐敷料治疗糖尿病足疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨益气活络生肌汤联合银离子藻酸盐敷料治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月南阳市中心医院收治的86例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例),对照组患者在全身综合治疗的基础上采用银离子藻酸盐敷料治疗局部创面,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加服益气活络生肌汤,对比观察两组患者中医证候积分以及尺神经与腓总神经感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)和运动神经传导速度(MNCV)。结果治疗4周后,观察组患者中医证候积分明显低于对照组(t=7.252,P<0.001).尺神经与腓总神经SNCV、MNCV均明显高于对照组(尺神经:t=3.014、5.730,P=0.003、P<0.001;腓总神经:t=3.391、2.932,P=0.001、0.004)。结论益气活络生肌汤联合银离子藻酸盐敷料治疗糖尿病足,可有效改善患者肢体麻木等临床症状,促进损伤神经修复,提高患肢神经传导功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoluo Shengji Decoction(a TCM decoction for tonifying Qi,activating collaterals and promoting growth of granulation tissues)combined with Silver Ion Alginate Dressing in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods 86 patients with diabetic foot,admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021,were enrolled as the research subjects and divided,using the random number table,into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).Patients in the control group were given Silver Ion Alginate Dressing for the local wound treatment based on systemic comprehensive treatments,while patients in the observation group were additionally given Yiqi Huoluo Shengji Decoction based on the treatments applied in the control group.The TCM syndrome score,sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve of patients were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=7.252,P<0.001),and the SNCV and MNCV of the ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve of patients were significantly higher in the observation group compared with the control group(ulnar nerve:t=3.014 and 5.730,P=0.003,P<0.001;common peroneal nerve:t=3.391 and 2.932,P=0.001 and 0.004).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic foot,the combined application of Yiqi Huoluo Shengji Decoction and Silver Ion Alginate Dressing can effectively improve the relevant clinical symptoms of patients including limb numbness,promote the repair of damaged nerves,and improve the nerve conduction function of the affected limb.
