摘　　要：大学城中央厨房能够通过统一化、标准化生产以及集中化配送的方式,降低餐饮成本,保障食品安全。通过分析大学城中央厨房配送现状和可行性,以银川市西夏区大学城为例,构建大学城中央厨房配送模式,并结合实际数据进行实证研究,得出中央厨房建设位置和配送路线,进一步丰富了大学城中央厨房模式的理论研究。The central kitchen of the university town can reduce the cost of catering and ensure food safety through unified and standardized production and centralized distribution.By analyzing the current situation and feasibility of the distribution of the central kitchen in the university town,taking the university town of Xixia District of Yinchuan as an example,the distribution mode of the central kitchen in the university town is constructed.Combined with the actual data,the empirical research is carried out to obtain the construction location and distribution route of the central kitchen,which further enriches the theoretical research of the central kitchen mode in the university town.
