新零售模式下甘肃兰州H社区末端物流问题研究

摘　　要：应时而生的新零售革命对末端物流提出了新的挑战,搭建了末端物流协同配送平台,末端物流作为整个物流过程的最后一个阶段,是与客户直接接触沟通的环节。文中以甘肃省兰州市H社区末端物流体系为研究对象,分析发现该地区的小区存在着包裹配送效率低下但成本高昂、配送人员资质不高、快递包裹隐私泄露、配送途中行车不安全等问题;并针对这些问题提出了提高配送效率、提升服务水平、树立安全防范意识等策略,以期不断增强用户体验,提高快递的服务水平和逆向物流的回收水平,最终达到各方的共赢。The timely new retail revolution poses new challenges to terminal logistics,and builds a terminal logistics collaboration distribution platform,and terminal logistics,as the last stage of the whole logistics process,is the link of direct contact and communication with customers.This paper takes the terminal logistics system of H community in Lanzhou city,Gansu Province,and analyzes the problems in the community of this area,such as low parcel delivery efficiency but high cost,low qualification of delivery personnel,privacy leakage through express parcel,and unsafe driving on the way of distribution.In view of these problems,the paper puts forward the strategies of improving distribution efficiency,promoting service level and establishing the awareness of security prevention so as to constantly enhance the user experience,and improve the express service level and reverse logistics recovery level,thus finally achieving a win-win situation for all parties.
