摘  要:蒙古栎是我国北方地区重要阔叶用材树种,扦插生根能力差是制约其利用扦插育苗技术繁殖优质苗木的瓶颈问题。该研究以当年生蒙古栎枝条为试材,采用多因素试验设计,分别测定了基质、植物生长调节剂种类和质量浓度及穗材部位对蒙古栎插穗生根的影响,旨在建立蒙古栎扦插育苗技术体系。结果表明:轻基质为蒙古栎扦插生根最优基质,平均生根率、根数、最长根长和根粗分别达到34.44%、1.77条、4.62 cm和1.18 mm。适宜植物生长调节剂为ABT1号生根粉和吲哚丁酸钾,最佳质量浓度均为10000 mg·kg^(-1),生根率、根数、最长根长和根粗分别达到23.33%和24.44%、1.67条和1.73条、8.69 cm和8.76 cm、1.20 mm和1.33 mm。蒙古栎扦插时可选中段穗材,平均生根率、根数和最长根长分别为22.59%、1.49条和10.00 cm,ABT1号生根粉10000 mg·kg^(-1)处理蒙古栎中段穗材,生根率最高达40%。该研究初步建立起蒙古栎扦插育苗技术体系,为采用扦插技术繁育蒙古栎优质苗木提供了技术支撑。Quercus mongolica is an important broad-leaved timber tree species in northern China.The poor rooting ability is the bottleneck problem which restricts the propagation of high-quality seedlings by using cuttage propagation technique.The current year branches of Q.mongolica were used as cuttings,a multi-factor experimental design was used,and the effects of substrate,type and mass concentration of plant growth regulator,and cutting on the rooting of Q.mongolica cuttings were analyzed.The results showed that the light substrate was the best substrate for the cuttings of Q.mongolica,and the average rooting rate,number of roots,length and diameter of the longest root were 34.44%,1.77,4.62 cm and 1.18 mm,respectively.The suitable plant growth regulators were ABT1 and IBA-K,and the best concentration was 10000 mg·kg^(-1),and the average rooting rate,number of roots,length and diameter of the longest root treated by ABT1 were 23.33%,1.67,8.69 cm and 1.20 mm,respectively,and the average rooting rate,number of roots,length and diameter of the longest root treated by ABT1 were 24.44%,1.73,8.76cm and 1.33mm,respectively.The cuttings in the middle branches of Q.mongolica were the best,and the average rooting rate,number of roots,longest root length were 22.59%,1.49,and 10.00 cm,respectively.The rooting rate of the cuttings in the middle branches treated by ABT1(10000 mg·kg^(-1))was the highest(40%).In this study,the technical system of cutting seedling of Q.mongolica was established preliminarily,which will provide technical support for using cutting technology to breed high-quality Q.mongolica seedlings.
