利用细菌纤维素改善蔗渣浆物理性能的研究

摘  要:该文研究了细菌纤维素的添加对蔗渣浆物理性能的影响,探讨了不同染料对细菌纤维素的着色及化学助剂的使用对纸页增强作用的影响。结果表明:细菌纤维素的染色会削弱其对蔗渣浆的增强作用,阳离子化学助剂的使用可明显改善细菌纤维素在纸浆中的留着率,可提高其对纸页的增强效果;当细菌纤维素配抄量4%(以蔗渣浆绝干质量计),配以0.3%助留剂和0.5%阳离子淀粉(均以蔗渣浆绝干质量计)时,蔗渣浆手抄纸的抗张指数、耐破指数、耐折度和撕裂指数分别提高37.3%、31.1%、32.9%和34.3%。The effect of bacterial cellulose on physical properties of bagasse pulp was studied.The effects of bacterial cellulose dyeing and the use of chemical additives on its enhancement were explored.The results showed that the enhancement effect of bacterial cellulose on bagasse pulp was weakened by bacterial cellulose staining.The use of cationic chemical additives could obviously improve the retention rate of bacterial cellulose in bagassepaper and enhance the effect of bacterial cellulose on paper.Adding 4%bacterial cellulose,0.3%retention aid and 0.5%cationic starch,the tensile index,bursting index,folding index and tearing index of bagasse handsheet were increased by 37.3%,31.1%,32.9%and 34.3%,respectively.
