摘 要:为探究磁弹磨粒中不同成分参数对硬质合金刀具的钝化效果,基于磁弹磨粒在双磁盘磁力钝化设备中的钝化机理分析了磁弹磨粒在磁场中的受力状态;将不同磨粒相和磁粒相粒径下制备的磁弹磨粒用于刀具的钝化实验;基于钝化前后刀具刃口的主要参数,通过MATLAB软件建立数学模型对刀具刃口形貌进行分析。实验发现,磁粒相和磨粒相的粒径越小,制备出来的磁弹磨粒对刀具刃口的钝化效果越明显,故在制备磁弹磨粒时应选择磨粒相和磁粒相粒径较小的介质。In order to explore the passivation effect of different component parameters of magnetic elastic abrasive particles on cemented carbide tool,the force state of magnetic elastic abrasive particles in magnetic field is analyzed based on the passivation mechanism of magnetic elastic abrasive particles in double-disk magnetic passivation equipment.The magnetic elastic abrasive particles prepared under different magnetic particle sizes are used in the tool passivation experiment.Based on the main parameters of cutting tool edge,before and after passivation by MATLAB software to establish the mathematical model of the cutting tool edge morphology analysis finds that the smaller the particle size of magnetic abrasive grain phase phase is,the more obvious passivation effect of the prepared magnetoelastic abrasive particles on the tool edge.The medium with smaller particle size of abrasive phase and magnetic particle phase should be selected when preparing magnetoelastic abrasive particles.
