摘  要:针对高频感应连续钎焊温度场有限元仿真多场耦合计算复杂、效率低的问题,提出一种基于高斯分布的高频感应钎焊简化热源模型代替复杂的耦合计算,该模型的参数与感应器结构尺寸以及加热率密切相关。通过与传统电磁场—温度场耦合模型以及试验结果进行对比发现:相对于电磁场—温度场耦合模型,简化热源模型的网格数量和运算时间分别减少26.4%和44.6%,两者的计算结果误差最大为8.02%,而电磁场—温度场耦合模型获得的温度分布和加热曲线更接近试验测试结果;基于简化热源模型的高频感应连续钎焊温度场仿真结果与试验值之间的误差为10.1%,表明该模型能较好地预测移动感应加热的温度;移动感应钎焊仿真结果显示,扫描速度对工件残余应力的影响比较显著,而钎焊温度对工件残余应力的影响不明显。In order to resolve the problem of the complexity and low efficiency,during the numerical simulation of temperature field in high frequency continuous brazing induced by multi-field coupling,a simplified heat source model of high frequency continuous brazing is established based on the Gaussian distribution function,which replaces the multi-field coupled calculation.The parameters of the simplified heat source model are related to the structure of inductor and the induction power.Compared with the electromagnetic-temperature field coupling model and experimental results,it is found that the element number and calculation time of the heat source model are reduced by 26.4%and 44.6%respectively,versus that of electromagnetic-temperature field coupling model.The maximum error between the results of these two models is 8.02%.While the temperature field obtained by the electromagnetic-temperature field coupling model is closer to the experimental result.Numerical simulation of temperature field in high frequency continuous brazing is performed based on the simplified heat source model.The error between the simulation result and experimental result is 10.1%,indicating that the simplified heat source model is feasible in predicting the temperature during moving induction heating.The simulation result of moving induction heating shows that the maximum equivalent stress changes significantly with the scanning speed,while varies non-significant with the brazing temperature.
