摘 要:高速铣削加工具有加工效率高、表面精度好以及生产效率高等特点,因此,近年来逐步得到广泛应用。而高速铣削往往受待加工毛料的限制,导致断续切削,降低加工质量。通过对某铝合金支架类模锻件分别采用常规铣削加工和高速铣削加工,对比分析了两种加工方式对加工零件质量和加工效率的影响,论证了高速铣加工在铝合金模锻件类零件加工中良好的适用性,通过高速铣削加工,零件的加工效率提高了40%。本文的加工思路为铝合金类似零件的加工提供参考经验。High-speed milling is widely used in recent years because of its high efficiency, good surface precision and high production efficiency.High-speed milling is often restricted to be processed by the blank, resulting in intermittent cutting, reducing the quality of processing.The conventional milling and high-speed milling are used respectively for the die forgings of certain type of aluminum alloy bracket, and the technological schemes of the two processing methods are compared and analyzed, and the machining quality and efficiency are compared, the good applicability of high speed milling in the machining of aluminum alloy die and forging parts is demonstrated.The machining efficiency of the parts is increased by 40%.The processing idea of this paper provides reference experience for similar aluminum alloy parts processing.
